Nowadays, most of the technical aspirants struggling hard to clear the interview in big companies. Although, candidates have sufficient knowledge and experience in relevant arena yet they feel puzzle and lose their confidence in interview. For any interview, there are two major points need to keep in mind. First, we need to focus on better communication and the technical words should be used in correct way. Second, confidence should maintain on the top.

      Having being known these facts, similar mistake took place in high-tense interview when there is an interview with big organization. Here are few strong points given to overcome on these situations and crack the interview very easily.

  1. Start practicing of using correct technical words and improving better communication skills.
  2. Focus on the basic concepts of the relevant technical questions NOT on high and deep level queries.
  3. Learn about every technical word which comes in any definition and elaboration.
  4. Keep technical discussion and share the knowledge with team members and colleagues.
  5. Never go for interview without preparation. It will bring confidence down and demoralize if the result comes negative.
  6. Make a practice to learn something every day related to the technical filed and communication.
  7. Make a preparation note and collect the important questions answers in short. It will help on time before few hours of interview.
  8. If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it. Because it is a way you can give something without losing something. But, you can get and increase your wealth of knowledge a lot. As much as you help to others, you are going to get double and triple of that in return.
  9. Always behave very politely and sincerely with others and treat as a closest asset to colleagues and teammates.
  10. Make a practice to come in front when teammates need badly and try to put hundred percent to overcome in such scenarios.
  11. Start from the basics and don’t move ahead until the concept is very clear about that lesson. Keep at least a glance everyday on that point and discuss with team when get time.
  12. Avoid to use any technical word in introduction & communication about which you don’t have clear concept or ideas.
  13. Try to give clear and direct answer as per the question and NEVER try to beat about the bush.
  14. Don’t try to be so humble in front of interviewer and keep eye contact with them.
  15. Be more proactive while listening the questions and try to avoid use sorry or excuse me for every questions. Best of luck.
